In life, First Spear Dehvad was a member of the Order of the Sunspears. He was the one responsible for training the Sunspears who would eventually free Palawa Joko and defeat Abaddon.

When he died, like all Sunspears since Palawa Joko's return, his body was cremated. He was then buried in the Sandstrewn Shrine. His spirit remains where his ashes were buried, to offer guidance to those who seek it.

To summon him, players must use either /salute or /bow emote on the Sunspear platform.

I'd like to honor the Sunspears. What can I do?

The greatest way to honor our memory is to continue our duties by keeping Elona safe from threats. Defeat our enemies and bring proof of your deeds.

What kind of threats?

There are three scourges that pose a grave threat to Elonians: the Awakened, the harpies and the devourers.

The Awakened. Of course.

Yes. Our oldest and most hated foe. Thinning their numbers has always been our highest priority. Collect a Pristine Awakened Emblem from them and bring it to me.

Harpies?

The Skree harpies are regaining strength up in the sulfur quarry and the Boundary Preserve. They can't be allowed to gain a foothold. Collect a Pristine Harpy Feather and bring it to me.

With so many pressing matters, small things can fall through the cracks. The devourers, if allowed to multiply, could threaten all of Elona. Thin their numbers, and bring me a Pristine Devourer Fang.
