Exposed is an effect applied to players by some enemies, partularly during the following encounters:
- Strike Mission: Aetherblade Hideout challenge mode: if players are hit by Nightmare Fusillade or Tormenting Wave
- Strike Mission: Kaineng Overlook challenge mode: if players are hit by The Mech Rider's Lightning Rain.
- Strike Mission: Harvest Temple: if any Veteran Void Melters reach the Heart.
- Strike Mission: Old Lion's Court: if players are hit by the assault knights' special attack.
- Silent Surf Fractal challenge mode: if players stand on the pulsing damage of Rending Storm.
- Strike Mission: Temple of Febe: if players are hit by Cerus's Cry of Rage or failing to avoid Crushing Regret.
