The event starts by talking to Haze, who is cowering on the eastern edge of the map, just south of the Inquest camp. He can be seen being attacked by several Arid Devourers. Once agreeing to help him across, he will begin a slow trek across the sandstorm plain. During the journey to the medic camp, he will be constantly waylaid by Devourers and Dust Mites, so you must defend him from these hazards. He will hunker down and cower when foes have spawned to attack. If he dies, a timer of three minutes begins to revive him. If he is not revived within that time limit, the event fails. Once he reaches the Seraph camp, the event succeeds.

Dust mite twisters regularly inflict knockback and arid devourers will inflict Fear.png Fear, so Stability.png Stability and Breaks stun.png stun breaks are especially useful to have during this escort.
