- Elite Mortar Kit: Fixed a bug that removed this bundle when it was equipped in Queen's Gauntlet arenas.

- Elite Mortar Kit: The base damage and cooldowns of all Mortar Kit attacks are no longer split between game modes and will now use the higher 25–33% damage increase with lower cooldowns in all modes.

- Weapon Kits and Device Kits are now referred to as Engineering kits to reflect that their classifications are functionally the same.
- Elite Mortar Kit: Fixed a bug that caused the effects for these skills to play incorrectly on WvW walls and doors.

- Mortar (historical) has been converted into a kit and now has the following skills:
- (1) Mortar Shot, (2) Poison Gas Shell, (3) Endothermic Shell, (4) Flash Shell, (5) Elixir Shell, (F5) Orbital Strike.
