- This event is one of three judge events that will occur upon completion of Maintain order to help the court reach rulings on the Vabbian dead. All three events will occur in sequence, but in random order. It takes 10 minutes between the ending of Maintain order to help the court reach rulings on the Vabbian dead and the start of a High Judge event, and then ~10 minutes between the start of each of the 3 events.
- This event often spawns outside the Court of the Dead, along a nearby southeastern pathway.
