The Champion Aberrant Wisp is a powerful twisted Will-o-the-Wisp and champion of the Wolverine Spirit. It can be found in Ice Spire Peaks, appearing atop a rock platform overlooking the Shrine of the Valorous Wolverine and the Fractured Lake.
