Agent Dorian is a member of the Order of Whispers hiding in a small cave in the Stronghold of Ebonhawke.

- Our agents at Summit Peak are pushing discussion in the right direction, but treaty building is a slow delicate task.
Why does the Order of Whispers care?
- It's in our interests to see Tyria united against the dragons. If that means we have to push certain events into being, then so be it. Quietly, assuredly, this treaty will happen.
- What about the Separatists and the Renegades?
- We prefer to let the Ebon Vanguard and the charr legions bloody their swords with them. Should the situation change, we'll make our move.
- And that move would be?
- Made known to those who need to know it.
