- Runa: The fighters are chomping at the bit. Make sure the beasts are frothing by the time they get to the arena.
- Beast Wrangler: I'll get them good and ready. They'll have fire in their bellies and lightning in their eyes.
- Spectator (1): How'd you like to place a little wager? I bet the beasts win at least one fight today.
- Spectator (2): You're a fool. how much?
- Spectator (1): You realize the odds are against the bettors. We've got little chance of winning.
- Spectator (2): We're betting on that one guy, right?
- Spectator (1): Let's put down the same amount as last time.
- Spectator (1): You know anything about that rough-looking norn? Is she any good?
- Spectator (2): She's norn.
- Spectator (1): You wouldn't believe what a stupid human just asked me.
- Spectator (2): The ignorance I've heard from this crowd could fill an ettin's heads.
- Spectator (1): I hope my girl's fighting today. She always adds something special to the fight
- Spectator (2): I heard she once broke off a minotaur's horn and stuck it in the beast's heart.
- Spectator (1): I'm ready to fight. The arena manager says I'm next.
- Spectator (2): Says that to everyone, you'll be next if - and only if - you prove your worth in the arena trials.
- Battle Pit Challenger (1): I took on two minotaurs. Tied their tails together and hauled them out of the ring.
- Battle Pit Challenger (2): That's nothing! I fought ettin twins and put them down with four smashing head shots.
