Chronomancer

• Improved Alacrity — Alacrity applied to you is stronger but has a reduced duration. Gain increased critical-strike damage when you have alacrity.
• Stretched Time — Flow of Time now affects nearby allies. Grant alacrity to nearby allies when you summon a phantasm.

Notes

• As is generally the case with Shatter abilities, the Mesmer (your character) counts as a Clone. Thus, you can Shatter with no Clones to apply a single stack of Alacrity.

June 27, 2023	Increased the alacrity per clone from 1 second to 1.5 seconds in WvW only.
July 07, 2020	This trait has been reworked. It now counts the mesmer as a clone. Reduced alacrity gained per clone from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.
July 16, 2019	The alacrity per clone shattered has been increased from 1 second to 1.5 seconds.
April 23, 2019	This trait now grants the full alacrity amount as soon as it is activated instead of waiting for illusions to shatter.
April 19, 2016	The alacrity applied by this trait has been increased from 0.75 seconds to 1 second per illusion shattered.
