Dugan is a vendor who offers various rewards in exchange for WvW-exclusive currencies and materials. He is located in the WvW zones, the Eternal Battlegrounds and the three Borderlands, at the starting areas for each team. Most of the vendor's offers have a purchase limit, reset weekly on Monday 07:30.

Dugan is also the starting point for the Arenanet Points.png Mists Research achievement which unlocks cosmetic Mistwalker Infusion for purchase.

Lockbox Keys[edit]

  • The price of the Mist-Hardened Lockbox Keys is increased for each 5 purchases, and resets weekly. The amount of coin required stays the same, the other currencies are incremented by 5, except Emblem of the Avenger, which is incremented by 1.

Well, some time back, I noticed a strange sort of mist coming from them. After some careful investigation, I was able to find a way to contain it and add it to my armor.

I suppose I could, although you'll probably want to go get a feel for the mist yourself first. Just to make sure you don't have any...odd reactions.
