Schematic: Watchtower can be crafted by Scribes once a guild has acquired the Scribing: Watchtower from the War Room. Once it has been crafted, it will go to the Assembly Device and wait to be added to the WvW Processing Line. Once it has been processed, it will be visible in the War Chest.
Applies 
Marked to players in range. Effect is removed once players are out of range, whereas the range may differ between different towers.
