Arsonist is a concept of elite specialization for the Thief. They can wield Torches as off-hand weapons and bombs for utility skills. They excel in combo fields and combo finishers.

Minor Proficiency Torch proficiency You can wield a torch.
Minor Adept Pyromaniac Every combo field also counts as fire field for your combo finisher, for two combo effects (fire field counts twice). Shadowstep counts as leap finisher. Gain access to bomb skills.
Major Adept Firefall Take reduced falling damage. When you take falling damage or use heal skill, gain fire aura.
Major Adept Light My Fire Heal and remove one condition from allies when you perform a combo.
Major Adept Your fields last longer. Bomb skills have reduced recharge.
Minor Master Gain one initiative when you perform a combo.
Major Master Torch Juggler Torch skills blind foes and return one initiative.
Major Master Gain stealth when you perform a combo.
Major Master While standing in a friendly field, steal and initiative recharge faster.
Minor Grandmaster Grant might and fury to allies when you perform a combo.
Major Grandmaster Take no damage from enemy fire field or burning condition. Instead, standing in any friendly or enemy fire field and burning conditions heals you instead.
Major Grandmaster Knockdown foes when you perform a Blast or Whirl combo. Daze foes when you perform a Leap or Projectile combo.
Major Grandmaster Funeral Pyre Your fields do more damage and condition damage.
