Achievement formatting (Collections and Objectives)

I would like to standardize the formatting of individual achievements with either collection items or objectives.

Current collection formatting

• Skyscale Eggs - two tables: collection items and walkthrough (both manual)
• Open Skies: Crystal Oasis - two tables: collection items and walkthrough (using {{tl|collection table} for the items}
• Searching for Inspiration - table should have the images from the individual items
• Bjora Marches Historian - one table
• Koda's Blessing - table expanded with zone and location (external table columns)
