Tyrian Alliance Report: The Commander
The former Pact commander—or wayfinder, or whatever they call themselves these days—has been seen entering the current headquarters of the Tyrian Alliance. While this individual's contributions to the world are relatively well-known and appreciated by many, some concerns have been shared about how much power an individual should be able to wield. Additional concerns have been expressed about how much influence they have on our world leaders. Should a nonstate actor be able to wine and dine with the power players? Such sequestered decisions can affect the lives of millions. It's simply not for us to say.
Of even greater concern than the naysayers: a fan organization has built up around the commander's celebrity status. Some have even described it as a cult engaging in a form of hero worship. While we want to reiterate the genuine appreciation for the commander's actions, it could be dangerous to allow this practice to continue. Some are even saying that the commander has died and come back to life—which, of course, is nonsense. I'm sure the commander would agree with this statement.
