• Found in the boss chest after completing Strike Mission: Old Lion's Court with the challenge mode active, does not require Heart of Thorns access.

Notes

• Accounts without Heart of Thorns who get this from Old Lion's Court may still consume it to unlock Envoy armor crafting (and its related achievements), but further progression requires Heart of Thorns.
