Talk:Anthology of Heroes

It explicitly says so in the description[edit]

Regarding Ventriloquist's 08:40, 2 September 2015‎ revert, the description appears at the top of the article, but it is ambiguous and requires clarification. Trinkets and back items both appear under Armor in the Trading post, but cannot be used with the Anthology of Heroes in the Mystic Forge. ~ 1Maven (talk) 17:19, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

I would also agree that the note should be included. As a new-ish player myself, and given experience in other games where cloaks and rings/etc are simply treated as armor, I would have assumed this would work on back items/trinkets as well. – Emmett 17:41, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
With the amount of information on the page regarding weapons/armor (from the description to the recipe) it felt redundant. However, given the above comment, if you want to re-add it, I won't stand in your way. —Ventriloquist 20:49, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
I think including a note like that will only exacerbate the confusion because it implies that trinkets and back items are included in armor, and the note exists because this item doesn't apply to them. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 21:26, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
I understand your concern. If my attempt to address it makes the entry more confusing then please fix it without deleting the note entirely. ~ 1Maven (talk) 22:30, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Skin Source[edit]

The first entry under Notes implies that the inscription/insignia is the "skin source", whereas the revised "Example" states that it is the original ascended equipment. Which is correct? Regardless, this discrepancy should be resolved in the article. ~ 1Maven (talk) 16:22, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

I have no clue what that note means. The tables are accurate. —Dr Ishmael User Dr ishmael Diablo the chicken.png 22:22, 3 September 2015 (UTC)
That means: Text say result will have SKIN from source. Example states otherwise. Which is correct? If I use a berserk insignia on a blue asc sword will the result still be blue or red like zoija-berserk-weapons? 12:10, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
err.... obsolete by now. delete that. 12:16, 13 September 2015 (UTC)

Does it work on the new aquatic headgear?[edit]

Theoretically they count as armor, but has anyone tried it yet? The preceding unsigned comment was added by (talk) at 15:59, 31 October 2015 (UTC).

I just tried it with Leftpaw's Cloth Breather and it did not work. :/ Feothyr (talk) 07:44, 8 May 2016 (UTC)

Bypassing Fulgurite[edit]

It looks like this would allow you (if you were so inclined) to bypass the fulgurite normally required to craft 4-attribute ascended weapons/armor by, instead, crafting 3-attribute ascended gear and then converting it using a 4-attribute exotic inscription/insignia. Is that correct? --Felbryn (talk) 19:50, 16 June 2016 (UTC)

Shhh. Don't want Anet to change it, do we!? Konig 21:00, 16 June 2016 (UTC)

Revenant's Inscription[edit]

This is used in Revenant's Inscription (Ascended). 18:32, 19 May 2018 (UTC)

Added, thanks for the notice! —Ventriloquist 20:08, 19 May 2018 (UTC)
