Stop the flow of Inquest data to thwart their operation is a group event that can occur in one of three locations around Rata Primus. The locations are a high up entrance at the northern end of the Rata Primus area, the cube-shaped buildings at the southeastern end of the Eastern Complex area, and the lone cube to the south of Tunnel Access Epsilon in the southwest.

Initially, only a Veteran Inquest Engineer protecting a Inquest Console can be found at the event location. When the console is destroyed, a portal opens and two waves of Inquest personnel and a Champion Inquest Data Security Officer spawn, all of which have to be defeated to complete the event.
