Shining Blade Headquarters is a special instance below Divinity's Reach where the Shining Blade inner circle plan their operations. Its hidden entrance can only be accessed from the mausoleum in the graveyard east of the Plaza of Grenth during Shining Blade Secrets.

The headquarters contains a house for meetings between the exemplars and the Master Exemplar and has many tomes with hidden knowledge regarding the history and membership of the Shining Blade organization as well as information on their sworn enemies such as the mursaat and the White Mantle. Several trial chambers exist in the headquarters to test exemplar candidates before they swear the Oath of Confidence and are initiated into the inner circle.
