Exemplar is a rank within the Shining Blade. The rank above it is that of the leader of the Shining Blade, Master Exemplar[1].

  1. ^ When Kralkatorrik's rise led to the Ogre Revolt in Edge of Destiny, Countess Anise was stated to be an Exemplar. This occurred directly before her promotion to Master Exemplar in 1320 AE.
