Risen Rotmouths are enlarged Risen fish heads sticking out of the ground. They seem to attract the Risen in the area to their location and are easily identified by the moans they make when attacking.

Combat abilities[edit]
- Skills
- Pull Closer - AoE attack that pulls players towards the rotmouth. No effect if already adjacent. (Only during Retribution)
- Putrid Blast - Projectile attack that poisons for 8 seconds and leaves behind an AoE field at the target's location. The AoE pulses every 1 second over 3 seconds, poisoning for 4 seconds with each pulse.
Notes[edit]
- When killed, a Risen Rotmouth will flap its fins and violently vomit before disappearing.
