The Independent Research Sector is an area in the Crucible of Eternity. This lab appears to be dedicated to projects supporting dragon energy research and serves as a hub for the major laboratories.

Notes[edit]
- The console on the west wall displays a readout in asuran script. The translation for it can be found here.
- There is an observation window overlooking Experimental Lab Green to the north. The light above has plants growing out of it.
- The southern lab neatly interlocks with the Subject Preparation Vaults and has several windows allowing observation.
- During explorable path 3, Destroyers have overrun the southern portion of the area.
- Fire also periodically erupts from the ground due to the proximity to Experimental Lab Red.
