- Reinforced Shield: This trait now indicates an increase to toughness, rather than adrenaline.

- Reinforced Shield: This trait now properly affects Static Shield during all portions of the skill.

- Reinforced Shield: Fixed a bug which prevented this trait from reducing Static Shield's cooldown if the Throw Shield skill was activated.
