Powered-Down Golems are golems found in The Hinterlabs. After the player interacts with the nearby Control Panel they will turn into a hostile STA 0009. During the Metrica Province Dragon Response Mission, they can be interacted with after interacting with a Toolbox to cause them to begin attacking nearby destroyers.
