Gain alacrity and regeneration when resolve's effect triggers, but you no longer heal. Resolve has a modified duration. Gain alacrity when you use Flowing Resolve.

  • Battle Presence Battle Presence shares the alacrity and regeneration with nearby allies.
  • The modified duration is not active in PvE.
The Regeneration granted by this trait does not appear to be boosted by Absolute Resolve.

July 18, 2023
  • This trait now grants alacrity to the willbender when activating Flowing Resolve (5 seconds in PvE, 3 seconds in PvP/WvW), which can be shared to allies with Battle Presence. Reduced the alacrity duration when resolve triggers from 1.5 seconds to 1 second in PvE only.

  • This trait no longer increases the duration of resolve, in PvE only.
March 15, 2022
  • Increased alacrity duration from 1 second to 1.5 seconds in PvE.
February 28, 2022 End of Dragons release:
  • Phoenix Protocol has been added to the game.
  • (Undocumented) Reduced alacrity from 1.5 to 1 second in PvE and increased it to 2 seconds in WvW and PvP.
November 30, 2021
  • Phoenix Protocol was available during the End of Dragons Beta Event 4.
  • This trait now includes Alacrity in addition to Regeneration when applying boons in a circle, when traited with Battle Presence.
