Mourners are civilians found in the Field of the Fallen in Lion's Arch, lamenting the lives that were lost in the Battle for Lion's Arch.

A mourner can also be found near the entrance to the Grand Sahil Casino in the Free City of Amnoon, honoring the memorial to Deputy Qais following the Branded assault on Amnoon.

I was concerned when I heard they were taking down the old memorial to all those who died in the battle against Scarlet, but when I saw this...I was moved.
