Acquisition

• This item can be acquired in two different ways, depending on the availability of the Cathedral of Zephyrs:
  • If the Cathedral has not been cleansed, it can be found in the Glorious Chest at the end of the Cathedral of Zephyrs meta event chain.
  • If the Cathedral has been cleansed, it will be dropped by the Champion Risen Lieutenant in the Protect the Cathedral of Zephyrs defense event.
