The recipe originally required an Orichalcum Mining Pick instead of ingots. The introduction of Glyphs introduced an issue, where crafting this item could consume the glyph attached to a pick. The recipe was disabled on May 22, 2018^[1] until June 5, 2018 when the recipe was changed.
