The Keeper of Winds is a large black moa that is found with two smaller versions of itself, the Defenders of Winds, southeast of the Irwin Isle Waypoint. Defeating it is one of the four ways to spawn a Mysterious Portal to Dierdre's Steps, where the Hidden Garden jumping puzzle is located.
