Investigation Kits, also called Tassi boxes, were devices developed by Magister Tassi to detect energy fluctuations in areas, reveal auras, and highlight residual energy. Marjory Delaqua brought several of them when she was hired by Logan Thackeray to investigate the Dragon Bash murders. They were used to identify what turned out to be an energy signature used by the Aetherblades and foil Mai Trin's plot.
