Fixated is an effect applied by the following:

• Fears in the Sunqua Peak Fractal
  • The enemy will follow the fixated player for 15 seconds. If it reaches the fixated player, it detonates, stunning and dealing heavy damage to anyone nearby.
• Reanimated Hatred in Strike Mission: Xunlai Jade Junkyard
• The Enforcer and The Mindblade in Strike Mission: Kaineng Overlook
• Prototype Arsenite, Prototype Indigo, and Prototype Vermilion in Strike Mission: Old Lion's Court
