The Elite Brazen Gladiator is a nightmaric charr encountered within the Shattered Observatory Fractal during the battle with Arkk. He is summoned when Arkk reaches 40% health.

- Whirling Devastation - Large AoE that pulls in players and deals massive damage. Use Crowd Control skills to break his bar and halt this attack.
