Defeat the Inquest patrol! is a dynamic event that can occur in three places around Rata Primus: One patrol appears on top of the Eastern Complex, one on the Western Complex, and the third one at the southern end of the Invariant Enclave. Only one of these patrols seems to be active at any given time.
