The Champion Modniir Chief is a powerful Modniir Hunter of the Modniir tribe and leader of the Confinement Camp located in Harathi Hinterlands. Killing him is one of the objectives of the event Break the captives out of the centaur slave cage that occurs in Splintered Teeth, but he can also be killed while the event is not active.
