Bring resources to Vethrax near the Well of Anguish is level 80 event that occur around The Commons in Inner Nayos. An Astral Ward Portal will spawn near Forward Bivouac Waypoint, that will teleport the player up to Kiris.

Walkthrough[edit]
Pick up one of the Astral Ward Supply Crates next to Kiris and the Astral Ward Portal and take it to Vethrax at the Well of Anguish without getting hit on the way. If you are hit then the volatile resource will be destroyed and you will need to return to Kiris to collect a replacement. There is a Kryptis Sweeper at the waterfall on the way which will create strong gusts of wind blowing you downstream (this does not destroy any crate you are carrying). Note that once you pick up the crate, you are unable to Mount but you can still use Utility skills and Gliding. You can mount up to return to Kiris to collect another resource.
Probably the easiest route is to climb up the rocks and run/glide along the bottom edge of the cliff to your north. This route avoids a lot of Kryptis enemies and most importantly allows you to cross the river upstream of the Kryptis Sweeper thereby completely avoiding his unhelpful winds. Remember that Stealth Gliding is useful for avoiding unwanted attention along the way.

- Kiris: Wayfinder. Oh, thank goodness... Because of Heitor's falling, Nayos is in a blood freenzy. Loyalists of Eparch are everywhere
- Kiris: We need to deliver these supplies to one of the Kryptis villages. I don't know what they eat, but I imagine they're starving.
- Kiris: A proper war of attrition. The loyalists are relentless in keeping the village's rations meager...
- Kiris: The supplies will help. Ramses has informed "Vethrax" of your arrival. I'll keep an eye peeled; you should march ahead.
- Once enough resources have been brought
- Kiris: That should be enough to keep their bellies full while they hide from Eparch.
- Kiris: Take any remainders to Vethrax. Quickly.
- Once the event finishes
- Kiris: That should be enough to keep their bellies full while they hide from Eparch.
- Kiris: This work not only bolsters Peitha's march, but it shows the Kryptis that they've nothing to fear from us. They can survive.
