Thaumanova Reactor Fallout is a meta event that takes place in the Thaumanova Reactor of Metrica Province. It involves working with Rooba to clean up the reactor fallout. Dangerous monsters will spawn in the chambers during and after the clean up, requiring players to quell the threats. The event climaxes with a battle against a massive fire elemental. After the fire elemental is defeated, a chest will spawn nearby. Players that have located a Matrix Cube Key can infuse the key with Fire by interacting with the golem.

While the primary event chain involving Rooba and the C.L.E.A.N. 5000 is on cooldown, a random event can be triggered by talking to Rooba outside the eastern entrance. Rooba leaves her golem suit every few minutes to talk. Players can start the main event chain by talking to Rooba when "Rooba is outside the eastern entrance, preparing to enter the reactor's remains" is displayed.
