The Luminates Plant is the core and generators of the actual power plant in Metrica Province.
It is not obvious how to get to this hero challenge. It cannot be reached from the top floor of the plant, where the main entrance and stair leads. Instead, take the lower northwest entrance, located northeast of the road intersection and directly south of the Hexane Regrade renown heart. The hero challenge is at the end of a long corridor, guarded by a Veteran Air Elemental.

Massive amounts of energy flow through the Luminates Plant generators. It has enough power and potential to supply energy to an entire city.- (if Uzolan's Mechanical Orchestra is active and you have an Orichalcum Horn in your inventory)
Place an Orichalcum Horn into the power source.- You've gained all you can from this place of power.
- If Bolt III: Zap is active, you have a Charged Quartz Crystal in your inventory, and you have not yet received Illuminated Overcharged Quartz
- Energy hums around you at this location.
- Overcharge a Charged Quartz with this energy.
- The quartz hum with power.
- Leave.
