Yoriga is an ogre that can be found at the entrance of Prophet's Fall. She explains to the Pact Commander that the path has been blocked by the Forged, and that it can only be traversed by jumping over it.

Yoriga: The Forged blocked off the path. There's no other way in...unless you can jump over that gate.
