Dialogue[edit]
- Warmth and light, friend! I'm Vienathari of the sylvari. Oh, but what am I saying? Of course, you can tell by looking at me. Not my name, I mean. That I'm a sylvari. Oh dear.
- Thank you. So, what may I do for you?
- Why are you in the citadel?
- In my Dream, I saw a city that never stops moving. A city built entirely from metal. After much questioning and searching, I found this citadel. It's breathtaking. But tragic.
- (If charr:)
- Why do you find it tragic?
- I mean no offense. But when I think of all the plants, trees, and flowers that died to make room for this place... I cannot help but feel pain.
- But progress requires sacrifice.
- So they tell me. But, it still makes my heart wilt.
- This is probably a good time for me to move along.
- That's all I needed. Good-bye.
- (Otherwise:)
- Why do you say tragic?
- It saddens me to see how much vegetation had to die to make room for this structure. It's the same in Divinity's Reach, but humans usually make an effort to replace what they uproot.
- It's only sensible. Good-bye.
- Interesting. See you around.
- Never mind.
You remind me of a knobby newborn calf.
- I appreciate your kindness. I hope I may repay you in return. What is it that you wish of me?
- Why are you in the citadel? (Same as above)
- I don't need anything. So long.
Good to meet you, I'm <Character name>.
- Forgive me. I've only been here a short while. I'm still somewhat in awe of this city.
- Why are you in the citadel? (Same as above)
- Carry on then. Good-bye.
I see you've mastered the obvious.
- Why are you in the citadel? (Same as above)
- Oh dear. Good-bye.
