Valrun is a Canthan working at the Juno Hatchery. He is the brother of Rota[1] and comes from a long line of Luxon turtle ranchers.[2]

- He can be found randomly wandering on the beach in front of the hatchery, to the west. He will typically be near the marker, but especially for events he may be further north.
