Tullis Killspecter is a member of the Iron Legion found at Exterminatus HQ who is protecting the ghost containment unit.

- There are three parts to the ghost trap Jenk and Fizzleban have created. First you got the collectors themselves. Second, you got the temp repository that holds the captured ghosts until they can be dumped into the containment unit. This here's the containment unit.
Tell me more.
- This is the Specter warband's greatest accomplishment, according to its inventor. That would be Jenk Cutspecter. He's our legionnaire.
- What does the containment unit do?
- Supposedly, it holds ghosts forever, or so Jenk says. He's got a theory that ghosts can't move through a certain type of iron. I'll believe it when I see it.
