Transport Facility Sigma-05 is a hidden Inquest facility located in the Lifeblood Ravine within the Desert Highlands. Various experiments and research are being conducted here. It also serves as a gathering point for the Inquest who bring captives here to be sent to Lab Sigma-05 and Rata Primus in the Sandswept Isles as test subjects for the Scarab Plague research that is being worked on there. The concept of the Exterminator Golem also originated here.
