The Cloud Skimmer Tavern is a tavern in Old Lion's Arch located high above Mystic Plaza. The only way to reach it is a long bridge which begins below the scaffolding leading up to the Crow's Nest Tavern (first head to Lion's Plaze and then head northeast). It is operated by Barkeep Weber. The Lion's Arch revelers start their bar crawl here each night.
