Does this apply on Venoms or Poisons? Or both? Gnarf 12:41, 6 May 2012 (UTC)

I find myself believing that it only applies Weakness when you're applying the Poison condition as well, since Skale Venom already applies Weakness. -- DrakeWurrum 07:13, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
It's really difficult to say whether it's meant to effect regular poisoning or just Venom utility skills, but if the description is indeed correct, it would simply apply another stack of weakness, lengthening its duration, which sounds all right to me. Mediggo 07:24, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
Correct, it would just add an extra stack of weakness, I just find it a little redundant as all. Furthermore, I think the main point of the trait is synergy with Serpent's Touch. If this trait only applied Weakness from Venoms, it would prove 100% useless to people not using Venom utilities. If it applies from the Poison condition, every Thief 15 points into Deadly Arts can at least apply Poison in one way, even if on a long cooldown.-- DrakeWurrum 08:38, 8 May 2012 (UTC)

I've seen a video right now in which a thief uses Choking Gas on a dummy robot. As soon as the poison condition got applied, the robot also got weakened. Which means that poisons for sure work with this trait. If that's also the case with venoms, I'll test on monday. Gnarf 11:24, 13 May 2012 (UTC)

Weakness Duration[edit]

Is there a base time for how long weakness is applied for when applied with poisons? Or does it last as long as the poison? --Clovis 15:05, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

A: Each usage of a Poison applies 3 seconds of Weakness. Spider Venom, for instance, allows 5 applications for a total of 15 seconds of Weakness. -Jorizen 17:20, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

unbalanced?[edit]

compared to withering precision (necro major grandmaster trait), this seems horribly OP when combined with dagger auto attack chain 90.211.93.135 01:39, 22 December 2012 (UTC)
