Frozen of Freezing?

I've found references to it being Freezing ground in other locations. Should it be Freezing Ground? or Frozen Ground? Venom20 12:29, 28 August 2010 (UTC)

Chill?

Do we know for sure that it inflicts chilled on people in the area? It's entirely possible that it slows by another mechanic (like how Set Ablaze deals damage). ~Ekko (talk) 06:13, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
