Tactician Terque
Tactician Terque is a sylvari member of the Vigil in charge of the Second Northern Checkpoint, a Pact camp located in the Broken Altar.
Location[edit]
Event involvement[edit]
- Escort troops to the Mordrem spitfire (80) [Group Event]
- Defeat the Mordrem Spitfire (80) [Group Event]
Dialogue[edit]
- Commander! Thank the Pale Tree you're here!
- Are you OK, Tactician?
- I'm OK, but I can feel the pressure still, at the back of my mind.
- Mordremoth.
- Yes. The voice is always there. Whispering. Tempting.
- You have to hold out. For all our sakes.
- Thank you, Commander. I will do my best.
- Let me ask you something else.
- We all have faith in you.
- If you feel yourself going, tell someone.
- Understood. We can catch up later.
- (During Defeat the Mordrem Spitfire (Second Northern Checkpoint))
- What is blocking our progress?
- A spitfire, Commander. Big one as well.
- Have we made any headway against it?
- We've temporary[sic] disabled its ley-energy shield.
- So it's vulnerable?
- For the moment. If it recovers fully, we'll have to fall back for more explosives.
- So what is the plan?
- Defeat the vinetenders. They help protect the spitfire with temporary shields.
- That's it?
- Pretty much. Keep the vinetenders out, and hit the spitfire hard.
- Good plan. Let me ask you something else, though.
- Sounds easy... Let's do this!
- Vinetenders and then the spitfire. Got it.
- We don't want to lose ground. Thanks.
- Understood. Thank you.
- Bigger they are, the harder we need to hit it.
- (During Defend the planted mushrooms until they reach maturity and/or Bring meat from the saurian nests to build a pile to attract wyverns)
- It is good to see you have air power.
- The choppers? Yes. They do nicely.
- Why aren't we using more in the assault?
- There aren't that many left. These are the survivors.
- Still, we could use them against the larger spitfires.
- We would lose them for sure. Mordremoth likes pulling things out of the sky.
- There is always a risk in combat.
- Yes, but it is too great a risk. We're using them as sentinels for the camp. Keep them close to home.
- I need to ask something else.
- I see. Thanks for the update.
- Very well. Carry on.
- Best to keep them safe.
- Interesting. Let's speak of this at another time.
- The choppers? Yes. They do nicely.
- (During and after Escort troops to the Mordrem spitfire (Third Northern Checkpoint))
- Where does a commander find any fighting around here?
- All over, but the forward assult is further down the main trail.
- How will I know I'm there?
- The explosions get louder and the Mordrem get nastier.
- What will you be doing?
- We're just the rearguard. Give them heck, Commander!
- I plan to. Let me ask something else, though.
- That's my goal, Tactician!
- I'll keep my eyes open. Thanks.
- Main trail. Carry on.
- No time to chat. Carry on, Tactician!
