Bring meat from the saurian nests to build a pile to attract wyverns is a level 80 event that occurs in Broken Altar after securing Second Northern Checkpoint as part of the assault on the northern blighting tower in Dragon's Stand. Players must avoid or kill Mordrem-corrupted saurians while collecting meat from their nests and returning it to Searr Spicepaw.
