Tactician Kinsey is a member of the Vigil found at the Alseta Generator. She seems to have a lot of respect for Trahearne.

This fortress is an example of the power to be harnessed by cooperation between the races of Tyria.

How so?

It took the combined skill, knowhow, and artistry of several Tyrian races to build this staging point for the invasion of Orr.

How were the various races able to come together like this?

Marshal Trahearne convinced the three Orders to cooperate under the Pact's banner, and soon this fort was established.

The marshal felt called to confront Zhaitan here. He understands the Risen, and he dreamed our Pact into existence.
