Special Ops Advanced Course 1 is a What Lies Within achievement for the Special Ops Helmet (part of the Special Ops armor set). This achievement is only available after completing Special Ops Basic Course 1, Special Ops Basic Course 2 and Special Ops Basic Course 3.
