Sithio Quicklash is a member of the Blood Legion, and the only one who was not killed or captured when the Molten Alliance assaulted North Nolan Hatchery. After the defeat of the alliance, he united with what was left of his warband and continued operating the hatchery.

- <Character name>, right? good to see you. As you can see, the hatchery is recovering, and my warband is back together—those who survived, thanks to you.
You lost some of your warband?
- Some of 'em. We've got a good half dozen still around, though. We're looking for a gladium, like Rox, who wants to join. I can't imagine being the sole survivor when all your warband is killed.
- Rox lost her entire warband?
- Every last one. Some sort of mining accident. She don't talk about it much. We'd ask her to join our warband, but Tribune Rytlock Brimstone has made her a better offer. Of course, she has to pass his tests.

- Welcome to the North Nolan Hatchery. Only the best warbeasts are bred, hatched and trained here.

- Not so many as we had. We're the Lash warband. The Molten Alliance killed some of us. That was a dark day.
- What's a Molten Alliance?
- We had some trouble a little while back with dredge and Flame Legion. The heralds started calling them the Molten Alliance, and the name stuck.
- What did they do?
- They waged war on us with special weapons and spells they created together. They nearly wiped us out, but good folks from all over Tyria showed up to help crush them.
- Sounds like it was quite a fight.
