It's been over a week since we last had any refugees come through here. I'm not sure whether to be worried or relieved.

Refugees from what?

The Hinterlands aren't a safe place. Researchers, soldiers, the odd civilian caught in the mess... No matter who you are, you could lose everything in an instant in this war. Then you have nowhere to go.

Where DO they go?

If they come through this way, they're usually on their way to Seraph's Landing. Being the Seraph Headquarters, it's one of the more heavily fortified places around.
